I'm using this in conjunction with the FM-203 station. It works very well, even on tiny surface mount devices. It's easy to use, the stand is stable and solid, and the stand has the same auto-turn off functionality of the stands included with the FM-203.

Remember that this product does not include any tips, you'll need to purchase them separately. I'm using the T16-1003 (1mm), if I were to do it again I would probably go a step smaller, but they work.
