I bought two of these for my master bath, to go under my new granite counters. I ordered them from Amazon.com. The first one came via UPS, just in the manufacturer's box, had been dropped on a corner, and was in a dozen pieces when I opened it. The second one came via Fed Ex, just in the manufacturer's box, and was in perfect shape. The third one came direct from the manufacturer, but they put their box inside another box with more padding around it, and it was in perfect shape. The sink itself is very nice, looks good with my granite, and was one of the very few that was as wide as I wanted it, without getting too deep -front to back.Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "American Standard 0618.000.178 Studio Undercounter Mount Sink with Unglazed Rim and Front Overflow, Black" are high quality item.
