Their customer service is terrible.

The main large drive gear was bent upon receipt of the mixer which resulted in
a squealing noise after 3 loads. I realigned everything and was able to mix 10
more loads before the smaller gear stripped completely. I called customer
service, they said they would call back. They did not. I called again and just
got voice mail and left a message, no return call. I called again and finally
got to the parts department. I was informed that they do not warranty moving
parts even after I pointed out that the gear was defective (it was warped .4 inch
as measured with a machinist digital readout). I paid them to ship me new gears
which they assured me would be shipped the same week. It is now 4 weeks later
and I have no gears. The only good thing is they did not charge my credit card
for gears I did not receive.
