We thought we were getting this in Platinum Mist. That's what we ordered. When it arrived, it was in Cobblestone (I think that's what it's called). After much back and forth discussion, we decided to keep it and called the electrician to install it and several other fixtures before we changed our minds. We are updating our home from the 80's with brass fixtures to brushed nickel and similar finishes. This fixture was for the entry foyer. It's substantially larger than the fixture it replaced and it makes quite an impression. The old fixture was nice but, it was just there. It didn't provide much in the way of illumination either with those itty-bitty candle bulbs. This one uses three 100-watt bulbs so it really lights up the place. I think we got a good buy on this item at Amazon and I was relieved not to have to look up at any more lighting displays in the brick and mortar stores near us.
