We were pleased with the quality and price of the faucet we received; however, our experience in dealing with the technical service department at Kingston Brass (George) was disappointing. They were they were hard to reach, were unpleasant on the phone, and did not seem to care one bit about helping us with our issue. They also sent our part later than promised - even though we paid for 2nd day shipping - which caused delays in our bathroom renovations. Speaking with a Kingston supervisor did not amount to anything either.In addition, we ended up ordering a part from our local plumbing shop over a month ago, who received twice the wrong part from Kingston Brass. We have yet to be able to use our brand new Kingston faucet.
Our conclusion is that Kingston products are high in aesthetics; however, we will certainly hesitate in purchasing future Kingston products because of their lack of customer care.
