We had the io/digital system installed on master bath. We like the system, however after a short 6 months later control broke and was hanging from its wires. Unit was mounted correctly by Plumber and problem has nothing to do with its mounting.

We currently have it duct taped together in order to take showers!

Problem is with design of control. Small interior plastic tabs are all that holds unit together once it is mounted. This control requires pressure to operate selection buttons and main on/off button. This button pressure over a very short time period apparently caused the small plastic tabs to break from stress of pushing buttons.

Very poor design - needs improvement.
