These little belt driven compressors are great! Mine is two yrs old and never missed a beat, built like they were yrs ago.

I saw these Iron Horses on the floor at my local farm store and bought one. First one I bought was the oil-less version. I took it back a few days later because it vibrated the motor loose several times and the copper air line going to the tank kept leaking. Also the oil-less ones were made in china. I will not recommend that style in any brand due to the fact Im not fast enough to keep tightening all the bolts on it while working on my car too. Flat out piece of crap is what the china oil-less models are.___noise___ 1001

However, these belt drive cast iron V cylinder type are great. Mine is on at all times and I hear it kick on and run once in a while due to the hose on my reel leaking a bit. They are really air tight compressors. I run air ratchets,impacts,grinders anything I want. It will run out of air with a grinder in a few minutes but it fills fast enough so its not a real issue. If you want one for a grinder get a 60 gallon at least IMO. I needed it for impacts and its great!

This is built by EAGLE compressors. Mine was built in Canada. Thier site says Woods? Ive never needed service or parts so I dont know how that goes? I do know they sell parts for them and even pump rebuild kits and most dont offer that anymore. According to Air compessor analysis websight Eagle also makes our armed forces compressors and scuba equipment. That means they build real good stuff when they want too. ___noise___ 1000. Truth is Ive never seen any brand oil-less type last over a yr anyway unless its just to air up tires but even most of them wont fill one tire completely. They are throw aways. This is not a throwaway I assure you.
