The unit was shipped and received on time as promised. Packing was good even though two foam corners were cracked... But No damage to unit. We had the plumber and electrical do the install. They had NO problems installing the unit as schematics were helpful and right on as to power, breaker and other requirements. Electrician and plumber said this was a snap to install and instructions were easy to follow. The units blue color, design and layout of inlets and discharge fittings are convenient and professionally done. The interior/guts look very clean, well laid out and well made (stainless steel all over the place). Performance with the controller in the shower is just a snap... Turn it on and watch the steam shoot out, outstanding... and easy to program and read. I had my unit installed above the revamped custom shower we had built. The unit performed very well and put out the steam like a steam engine! The added feature of 'self cleaning' is a plus as it accomplishes a flush of critical tanks and valves following each use. I'm convinced this feature alone is a great recommendation for the Steamspa unit and its longevity. I had an issue with the unit and Mr. Joseph Rios(Spa World) immediately took action. He was a delight to work with. His professional approach, penchant for detail and 100% issue resolution resulted in a quick fix.
