1. The material is in good quality
2. The design looks pretty
3. One part is too long and cannot assemble
4. Before buy it I checked the return shipping is free. After confirm with customer service, return shipping is free but need 15% re-stock fee. (I think I missed the part before I bought)
5. To prevent from paying the 10%, I went to Home depot to cut it short but a little too short.
In conclusion, it is pretty but some quality issues. Don't want to return since 15% re-stock fee.

Follow up the comments and change the stars from 2 to 3 by the service.
