The final look of the tile exceeded expectations. It looks really nice with my black granite countertops. I was looking for something different than run of the mill ceramic, and knew I wanted the diamond pattern, but couldn't find anything locally. I will caution that it's a bit tedious to install because the tile is small, but the time investment is worth it. One other caveat is that I had to purchase some trim pieces from the home center to finish an "exposed" end. I didn't see those offered on-line.

Lux Products ELV4 5-2 Programmable Line Voltage Heatting Thermostat - Quantity 5 Review

I bought this thermostat (four of them actually) to replace four 28-year old analog thermostats controlling the baseboard heating in a condo I bought as a second home. These digital units immediately let me set temperatures without having to guess and constantly juggle to get a proper temperature as the old non-digital thermostats required. They hold temperatures within a nice narrow range (although they can be programmed via a dip switch to let temperatures fluctuate a bit more for possible energy savings) for each room. Installation was simple (note that you do want to cap off the second set of wires if you have a 120V system -- read the instructions and note how any existing thermostats are wired to make installation easy). The $2 faceplates which can be ordered separately seem to be necessary to get a finished look on the installation since the thermostats apparently do not mount flush to all boxes.

Each unit takes 2 batteries (AA) so get them before you install the unit. They recommend two major brands and no others -- probably a good idea to follow that suggestion. This is not a "rechargeable battery" setup.

Kindred T2243/95K/4E Kitchen Sink - 3 Bowl Review

Happy with the product, was as described on amazon. Arrived quickly three or four days I think.
Is made well and we are happy with the sink. As far as shipping, well not bad but the manufacture did
not cover the top of the sink with shrink or bubble wrap and during shipping dirt or sand got into the box and as the USP people skidded or dragged it across the floor the dirt/debris scratched the top surface of the sink surround. Being we have kids, we figured this would probably happen sooner or later any way so we did not complain to anyone, the scratches were pretty minor but were noticeable. On the brighter side my wife and I don't have to worry which kid of ours (or their friends) will put the first scratch in the sink, it came with thee already (LOL) We do intend to contact the manufacture in the best interest of future customers to suggest that they do cover the top of the sink with shrink or bubble wrap to protect from damaged during shipping. We wanted the triple sink to replace an older version triple sink that came with the house we have. When we first moved in the house we thought we would never want a triple sink in our house and intended to replace it, but after a few years using it we found out just how handy they are to have and wanted to get another when we did new counter tops due to the fact the one that came with the house was over 30 years old and had many dents and scratches from the previous owners and their kids experiments (LOL-again) Over all would purchase this Franke sink again and would recommend it to any one who asked us. Quality made product we believe.
