Hudson Valley Lighting 3311 One Light Pendant from the Stratford Collection, Aged Brass Review

To me these are expensive pendants and, at least, should have good quality control. I ordered 3 and they came ahead of schedule which is good. Unfortunately 1 out of 3 of the glass shades did not match and was even the wrong size. Customer service for the vendor and Hudson Valley were great and sent a replacement asap. Next, when the lights were being installed it turned out that an extension for one of the lights was not a close match. Apparently aged brass can be slightly aged or very much so. The electrician pointed it out during the installation but at that point we were somewhat "stuck" as his meter was running. It was way off and the lights needed to be hung. Will be folowing up with vendor and Hudson Valley. I am sure they will send another but that will also entail another service call and bill from the electrician. I purchased another very costly light from Hudson Valley and a part was missing. That required the electrician to search around for a fix and increased the installation cost. I like the looks of the lights from this company and for the most part they are very nice, but....!

I'm reviewing this toilet after reading the previous review. I purchased this model couple of years ago,it is SUPER.
It is loud because of the suction/vaccum system. I had a toilet pluged upstairs that cost me the dining room ceiling. This toilet is sure never to fail. It is very powerful. I was checking it again to purchase the same model but different color. By the way I'm 5'2" and have no problem at all. I don't know what water splash the other review meant. I have zero problem with it.

When installed properly the quality is outstanding - the finish is excellent and the manufacturer's warranty is no less than superb! As a custom builder we aim to not only please our customer the day we complete their project but also to ensure that they are going to enjoy their homes for years to come. That is why we prefer Danze --- very few call backs--- and when we do have issues - Danze always stands behind their lifetime warranty and immediately sends replacement parts. We installed this faucet in our own kitchen 10 years ago --- looks and still works great today! Beware of plumbers that don't know enough to call the manufacture for replacement parts --- my guess is the complaints noted above were due to poor installations or faulty products that would be covered by Danze.
